Reds' Rolen feeling better after surgery (AP)

Scott Rolen can move his left shoulder better after his surgery, but it's unclear when he might be able to play for the Reds again. The 36-year-old third baseman had his shoulder cleaned out last Wednesday. He was in the clubhouse before a game Monday night against Colorado. He's doing exercises to regain motion in his shoulder, which has bothered him most of the year.
